Olympus Group Awarded A+ Supplier Rating from SAGE

Olympus Group is proud to share our A+ supplier rating from SAGE. Olympus Group has partnered with SAGE and their network of thousands of distributors since 2009, providing top of the line customer service and product delivery.

Each year SAGE presents suppliers with rating awards based on a distributor rating system that reflects industry standards of excellence. Customers rate suppliers based on five categories: customer service, delivery, product quality, decoration quality, and problem resolution. Those ratings are instantly averaged with all the other ratings from distributors who have used that supplier, creating an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of each supplier. Only companies that have consistently performed highly in all five categories receive an A+ rating. With this system, SAGE provides an amazing resource for distributors, taking the guess-work out of choosing the best company for their needs.
