The Thieme 5080XL is a robust press that prints on a wide range of substrates with a print area up to 10 ft. and at speeds up to 600 sheets per hour. This acquisition allows Imagine!

Imagine! Print Solutions has enhanced its capabilities with the addition of the Thieme 5080XL 5-color in-line screen printing press. The Thieme 5080XL is a state-of-the-art large format multi-color press that combines printing, functionality, and technical engineering into a large-format screen press. The Thieme 5080XL is a robust press that prints on a wide range of substrates with a print area up to 10 ft. and at speeds up to 600 sheets per hour. This acquisition allows Imagine! to expand its offerings to its customer base while cutting costs through tight registration and cutting-edge engineering – resulting in quick turns between jobs.

In addition to the Thieme 5080XL, Imagine! has also installed a SignTronic AG direct-to-screen imaging system capable of 127 line resolution. This imaging system is a digital direct exposure of the screen, without the use of films. Perfect screens are provided in a reproducible and cost-efficient manner. This imaging system, combined with the speed, agility and quality of the Thieme 5080XL sets Imagine! apart as having the most up-to-date screen making and screen printing capabilities worldwide.
