Press Press Merch Buys Building for $1.65 Million

Press Press Merch, a Roanoke, Virginia-based custom apparel maker, has purchased a mixed-use building in its hometown for $1.65 million, the Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer real estate brokerage announced.

The building, located at 4721 Starkey Rd. in Roanoke, measures 32,926 square feet. The screen printer bought the building from Starkey Road Properties.

Press Press Merch currently maintains an operation at 128 Albemarle Ave. SE in Roanoke. The announcement says the company “will use the [newly purchased] property for their custom screen printing and embroidery.”
