Prism Inks Acquires Graphics One

Sunnyvale, California-based Prism Inks has announced its acquisition of Graphics One, a long-time distributor for the company based in Sun Valley, California. Graphic Ones serves as “the global distribution arm” for Prism Inks’ range of digital inks, according to a release. Graphics One will continue distributing its current line of products as an operating division of Prism Inks. Both companies will maintain operations in their current facilities.
