Graph Expo 15 will feature a two-part management workshop September 15-16. Themed “UnSquaring the Wheel,” the event will be led by sales and marketing strategist Wayne Peterson of Black Canyon Consulting Group, Professor Chris Bondy of RIT, and Dr. Joe Webb, author of success strategy book “Disrupting the Future.” Peterson’s presentation will focus on business development, the customer experience, and branding; while Professor Bondy will explore technology, processes, and service; and Dr. Webb will study people and management, finance, and business alliances.

“In developing and refining this new approach, it was obvious how much it contrasted with common industry wisdom,” Webb says. “The previous thinking, while appropriate for its time, made adapting to and profiting from opportunities in the digitally driven communications market difficult. Our new ‘UnSquaring’ approach will make participants think far differently about their businesses.”

The workshop will also include a personalized business evaluation consultation. “Companies will not only understand how well their functions are integrated, but also how to prioritize their next strategic and operational steps,” says Bondy.

Co-located with the CPP Expo, Graph Expo 15 will take place September 13-16 in Chicago’s McCormick Place.
